Please sign this petition to ban free-roaming cats in the UK!

Here in the UK, the majority of pet cats are free-roaming, which means they foul gardens and community spaces, attack and kill wildlife and other pets, and cause traffic accidents - and their 'right' to do so is protected by law.
Please sign and share this petition to end this madness, and require cat owners to keep their pets on their own property!!
