Glitch preventing 100%

In the post game, for the >!Ostrich challenge!<, I collected the final >!balloon!< while simultaneously dying. It meant that I didn’t get the disc, and I’m now stuck at 109/110 with no way to get the final one. Has anyone else experienced this?
