[33m] In Severe pain from subtalar fussion, have been taking 10mg Instant release oxycodone with no help in pain.. can I takeb15mg at once?

I am 33m and 165 pounds. I had surgery a month ago for a subtalar fussion. I am in a lot of pain with swelling and I see my doctor tomorrow. If I need to increase the dosage to 15mg of Oxycodone is that safe or could I possibly die? I have been tolerating 10mg fine but the pain wont stop. Thank you.
