Connected PS5 to ethernet and set it up, still getting low low quality and huge frame loss on receiving device? Any tips or any settings im missing?

Receiving device is an iPad mini 7th generation so I would think its good enough to run 60 fps at 1080p but everytime I try connecting the screen runs too bad to really do anything. Does anyone know of any settings in the ps5 or ipad I maybe need to turn on or off? or any weird tricks that worked for them?
