Raider unable to perform animations

Has anyone had this same bug where your Raider suddenly just doesn't wanna do any type of action at all? All you can do is slowly walk and open the map but you can't even dodge, sprint or attack.

This problem has occurred to me multiple times after the recent patch (alongside some frame issues as well). It pisses me off so bad because it happens rather often during the Night Bosses and i have no other alternative than to quit the game mid-fight because my character is simply useless.

I do not know if it has anything to do with the Retaliation Skill or it's something else but it happens quite often when i use Super Charged Retaliation and somehow my character gets knocked out by some enemy right at the innitial frames of it and it completely cancels the skill, then i get the stupid bug where i'm completely unable to do ANYTHING besides walking slowly.

Let me know if this isn't with Raider specifically and there are more characters that can have this same bug because i really don't know.
