Stay away from Rheem

So the previous owner of my house installed a new Rheem HVAC system 3 years ago just before we bought. Already have had issues with the condensation pan and just the other day the compressor grounded. System is under warranty, but even living in a major metropolitan area (DFW) , closest compressor is 3-4 days away and distributors are wanting to charge $200+ just to ship it here (within state). Checked with at least 4 different hvac repair companies and all the same issue. They all have said they have had problems with Rheem. I called Rheem and they basically said they can’t control what their distributors order/have in stock. My house is hot, I’m frustrated, that’s all.
