28 M. Chronic case. I cant go to sleep without masturbating but now I’m starting to feel if i can take control of this one thing, my actually turn around for better.

I also love sex so I won’t stop that of course, just porn and masturbation

I am also facing another problem, which is that even after having sex, sometimes I find myself with an urge to masturbate and watch porn despite having an amazing fuck session

Anyway, today is day one of me trying to take control of my porn and masturbation situation and trying to flip it around trying to be a better man. This is going to be the toughest journey I’ve ever been on so if you’re reading this and you have gained control over your urges - Please let me know what are some ways that can also help me as well trying to take control over my urges , specially when I’m hardcase who loves to go to sleep only after masturbating.
