do they remove items from their shipping package to consolidate?

first time neokyo user here, im switching over from buyee after using it since 2021 to save cost. usually you have to email buyee to tell them to take items out of their shipping box to consolidate. does neokyo do it automatically, or do you have to tell them as well?

sorry if this is a dumb question, just making sure to make sure i dont have to overpay
