[ALL] Which top-down Zelda has the best puzzles?

I don’t necessarily mean the hardest, but the ones that have the most creative uses of items with fun or interesting solutions?

I’m ashamed to say I’ve never played through a top-down game (and I’m in the right age demographic to have played A Link to the Past).

Would love your thoughts!
