Items on recently viewed that I did not click on?

Hello,

For context, my recently viewed items are showing a multitude of items I did not click on. Some of these items are related to a previous search I had looked up, but I did not actually click on the items, and some of these items seem to be completely random having not searched up or clicked on them.

I dont know why these items are there, and I was hoping to see if anyone had a similar experience or any explanations?

For context: iPhone 13, the phone is only used by me and close family; however, the phone is frequently connected to open-access WiFi networks.
