GSB's "Stanford Business Essentials" for free - worth it?

My work is offering this course to a few select employees. Is it even worth the 6-10 hrs/week for 5+ months though? It looks like it's targeted towards new workers (I have 7+ YOE) and purely online (which removes the networking part which I would've found valuable). Has anyone taken this course or have an opinion on if it's worth the time investment? Thanks in advance.
