AITAH for not inviting my brother to a party over a piece of chocolate?

So,today was my grandma’s birthday and we usually cut the cake at 12:AM so we did that today as well, so yk sometimes when u order a cake it has a piece of chocolate on top of it for decoration , what happened was that when we finished cutting the cake, I asked my grandma that can I eat that piece of chocolate and she said yes, and I was going to pick it up, keep in mind that my brother was just sitting across from us so he definitely heard everything but still decided to be a shit faced and took it from me, then I confronted him and said “I was going to eat that, I asked grandma also” and he was like “so what, u should have picked it up already” and that made me angry because like why the fuck do u wanna be a bitch. So after cutting the cake when everyone went to bed, and tbh this was NOT the first time he was acting like this, when my sister went to say hi to him,he told her that “go from here right now I am in a very bad mood” in a cocky tone and he has been acting very rudely lately , so, I told him that “ur not invited to my party bcz of ur shitty ass behaviour” and he got all angry and accused me of being petty and weird and ruining his mood.. so AITAH?
