Did Mentos change how many Mentos are in a roll?

So I'm weird and always eat Mentos two at a time because I like even numbers. This used to always make me kinda sad because I would always be left with one Mento. Today I got 2 rolls of Mentos and did my normal 2 at a time but there wasn't one left over. Meaning that there was an even number.

I just bought 4 rolls. 2 being normal and 2 being fruit. they all had 14 Mentos (I didn't count the first two). So now its an even number. Or has it always been?
