Email Management Apps

I've been seeing plenty of ads on instagram for Email Management AI apps like Superhuman, Fyxer AI, Jace AI, and plenty more. Anyone who has tried these apps, what are your thoughts?

Are they actually good or just another AI + MCP marriage that didn't need to happen?
