Flea Bite?

I had a sleepover at a friend’s house two days ago. She used to have a flea issue in her basement from her cat about two weeks ago, but I thought it had been taken care of. Just to be cautious, I slept on her second floor last weekend instead. Today, I noticed some bumps that weren’t there before. Could they be from the house, or might something else be causing them?

(For context these are on my lower leg near my ankle and don't itch at all)
