Was Penguin in Bondage performed in 1971?

On the Playground Psychotics album, at the start of Status Back Baby, Frank talks to the audience about songs they will play - “of course we’ll play Concentration Moon…”

He also says “Of course we’ll send the penguin through the flaming hoop tonight”.

As the lyrics to Penguin in Bondage mention both a penguin and ‘a hoop of real fire’, does this mean they played it on the 1971 Flo and Eddie tour?

I can’t see anything online about it being performed or even written before 1973.

Or is it just a coincidence?
