Even during peak operation hours too many leavers

Id like to play QP SB or BTB without having half of my team leaving, why is it even during the start of a new operation people are still leaving for seemingly no reason or at any diaadvantage? I understand if you dont like the game mose but 5-6 minutes in is a little late for that and just a waste of time.
