Medical circumstances during resit

Evening all, I have had the week from hell (very infected face, COVID and a bad flare up of my chronic illness) and have a resit tomorrow - I'll be going along but I don't expect to pass it feeling this shit.

Does anyone know if I'm likely to have to resit the year if I fail the exam because of this? I am in third year and cannot retake the class in fourth year.

My disability advisor said that it would all be up to the exam board which doesn't fill me with much hope haha.
