Can I become a cop or firefighter despite being an amputee?

Lost my leg at 13 due to car wreck, left leg below knee. I want to devote my life to helping others because I’m only alive because of those people. I ended up dropping out of college due to mental health but I’m doing much better now. I was just wondering if it was at all possible
