What do I do with the 2nd pick? (12 man PPR)

First time ever getting a top 3 pick and I’m pretty sure the right move as of right now for me is taking whoever falls between Chase or Bijan. But we can trade picks as well and I was offered many different pick swaps along with cash. I watch football and know fantasy a good amount, but this year I haven’t been too locked in to the offseason and just fantasy in general. Am I right for planning on taking whoever falls between Chase and Bijan AND is 2nd pick a good pick for this year? If not what are the best picks in case I want to trade my pick before draft night.
