Best app for face blurring in videos?

I’m trying to dabble a bit more in my premade/PPV videos. I want to offer more boy girl videos specifically. However I am a faceless creator. Previously I’ve been editing with bad crop jobs, or making blowjob videos while wearing a scarf around my face… it’s getting lame. I’m wanting to offer videos of higher quality. Does anyone have an editing app they prefer that could accomplish this? Paid versions are fine, as long as it works well. Ideally I’m looking for one with face tracking that will blur faces for me throughout the whole video, but I’m also willing to do the work myself. I don’t have a PC currently so phone/ipad will have to do for now. TIA 💕
