Fussy eating next level

Hi everyone! My partner and I recently moved back to Scotland from Australia, where we rescued a kitten. We brought him home with us and he’s loving life here except for one thing… He hates every single type of wet food here. In Australia, he ate this brand - Advance - which unfortunately is Australian and doesn’t ship internationally. We brought some with us to help transition him to different food but it’s been 2 months and we have none left and are totally clueless about what to do. We have bought so many different brands, aiming for a similar consistency (he likes pate / terrine style), but he takes one sniff and walks off. Thankfully he is eating dry food for the time being, but he seems hungry and a bit sad about his food situation, and we want him to have wet food in his diet. Does anybody have any advice?
