What places do you like AND dislike to eat at in both Disneyland and DCA?

We don't want to waste our precious money on food. What do you recommend for adults and kids, and what DONT you recommend at all? I'd love to hear the best and worst treats too.

And as a bonus: is it more worth it to bring a cooler of food?
