Used RAV4 Pricing - Good deal?

Hi guys,

I'm looking at a private party 2011 Toyota RAV4 (Sport SUV 4D trim) with 46,700 miles. It's priced at $12,500 right now - does this seem reasonable? I've heard RAV4's are supposed to run forever, so I'm less worried about the age with such a low mileage.
