Had a dream where Commonwealth sold us to America

And America used Canada as their traphouse for a multitude of reasons. Most Canadians sadly became American slaves unbeknownst to them, everything Canadians developed went to Americans, the best Canadians went to America (brain drain on purpose)

Commonwealth was down bad and needed funds for their lack of natural resources and always will, so just like crown royal lands they sold off Canada.
