how to find/talk to older men?

hii everyone, i'm 19F and im wondering where people actually find and talk to older men

i've tried my luck with one dating app already, but almost every match was within a few years of me, and the few men who did swipe right either ghosted me or said they weren’t interested in someone so much younger.

i'm also pretty introverted irl so im not confident in talking to older guys in public. do you meet them through work or somewhere totally different? i’m open to trying new social circles where older men tend to hang out, but i'm not sure where to start.
