What is the best time to be able to get a selfie with tom during filming in Glasgow?

I already taken videos of him doing some takes on scenes in Glasgow but it was in the afternoon so busy and no chance of getting up closs but I really want to have the chance to be up close to the filming and maybe grab a selfie, any ideas it may start or optimal time?
