A gift from a succubus or some sexual goddess perhaps, reducing her inhibitions and making her overly horny, though more effects can be added.

Anyways, the premise is that, pretty much everything else is up for discussion, for the world itself, id love something more dark in the medieval fantasy genre, the adventure itself can be simple, or grand, but i want this to be long term of course! And the cucking can include just the mother or any other character they encounter!
