HR-V to CR-V

I have the opportunity to sell my '22 HR-V that I've almost paid off, and buy a 2017 CR-V EX off a family member with 95k miles for $10k. At that mileage is there any big maintenance I need to be aware of? If you went from HRV to CRV is there anything you liked or disliked about the CRV?
