MSN in nursing leadership or MSN in nursing education?

Hi everyone. I currently work in the icu and am deciding on the next step in my career. There’s an online school in my state that offer both programs. Honestly, I would eventually want a job as a nurse educator in a hospital, but I know it’s not an easy job to come by (in my area). I heard getting an MSN in nursing administration is more versatile, and nursing education is just for education. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you
