Administering Oath

Hello! May mga notary public ba rito na nag-administer ng oath lang (not jurat) to a person being deposed? Yung deposition ay gagamitin sa tribunal sa foreign jurisdiction kaya yung notice of deposition ay issued ng foreign tribunal and required nila na mag-oath before a notary public dito sa Pinas.

Yung notary public ay hindi mag-act as deposition officer. Talagang administration of oath lang. May mga documents ba ako na need isecure? Also anong document i-issue ko, may certificate of oath ba?
