Just went from 10 to 20mg about 2 weeks ago. Will this adjustment take a while to set in?

Wow, so much anxiety/stress today due to an interview …it’s causing some joint/muscle pain, fatigue, and just making me feel ill. Having lupus and IBD doesn’t help either, of course..

I upped the dosage to 20mg about 2 weeks ago and wondering if I’m still in the onboarding phase. I was on 10mg for 6 weeks prior.
