Should I be worried about gas resale?

Hi there!

I just put a deposit down for a RAV4 limited gas model coming next week.

I’m super pumped but I then discovered the all gas models are being discontinued this year. I didn’t realize that and now I’m starting to worry, is this going to hurt resale value in 5-10 years?

Would love to hear thoughts. It’s such a sellers market here (Ontario, Canada) and it seems really hard to get a hybrid without paying at least 5k extra. I mostly do highway driving so I don’t think gas savings are worth it.
