What’s up with people being careless at shopping markets?

I had to physically move someone shopping cart away from me and my kid today. I told him excuse me twice to give me space to move instead he kept moving towards me and my kid 🤦 It was like I was invisible until up to that point lol. He didn’t even say sorry lol.
