Feeling static in the shower

To start this the landlords know they change the ground and tank it’s not as bad as before it was before where it was a more like toy joke can of zap. Now it’s a week kind of static I’ve turned off the hot water tank while I shower and I’m still getting the static. I just don’t know what to do the landlord say they’ll get an electrician but it been a week.
