Is it likely HIV from oral?

Recently I had oral sex with this guy. He didn't cum in my mouth but I have severe anxiety and I'm nervous that there might be a chance of me contracting hiv or another disease?? Like maybe some got on my lips but I rlly tried not to get any close to my mouth.

I do have a small canker sore in my mouth but it hasn't hurt for the last two days and I forgot it was there so Idk if this counts as an open wound.

Don't ask me why I decided to do this if I have anxiety because Idk why I did either.
