Is Steam Down?

I couldn’t change the weapons in my loadout slots, so I restarted my PC.

Now, when I open Steam, it takes me to the login screen. The QR code shows a “Retry” button, and when I enter my password, it says “There was a problem connecting to the online servers. You can try Steam Offline.”

All of this was on the Steam desktop app.
