Should I quit my job without another one lined up?

I am a new grad and about 10 months into my job. This is my first corporate job. I really dislike it. I dislike my manager and their management style. I also hate the work as I went to school for something entirely different. I dread logging on everyday. On the weekend, I can't even relax because I think about how I have to work again on Monday. I know I'm being ungrateful as the job market is very tough right now and I have a remote job too. But, I feel lonely most days and as a new grad, I think I should experience an actual working environment.

I want to quit, but I know it is better to quit with a job lined up. The thing is, I have quite a bit of money saved up. My only expenses are $500/month in rent (living with my parents) and about $150/month in student loans repayment.

Should I quit right now without another job lined up? Are there any consequences of this? I was also planning on just getting a part time retail job while I look for my next opportunity.

Would appreciate other's experience in this. Thank you.
