Anyone tired of seeing FLs suddenly mastering combat?

This rant involves some spoilers for "i will save this damned family" and "side characters deserve love"

Ok so i love this genre and dont mind all the op stuff FLs have as the escapism fantasy is the core of this genre, but i really hate it when you have a FL who has never had any combat experience or physical training take sword fighting lessons for 2 weeks and suddenly she is the strongest fighter in the world, like i dont mind this when the setting has magic in it as you can just excuse it to random magic bs.

Like you have manhwas like "i will save this damned family" where you can actually see the FL training over a good period of time and the progression makes it satisfying to see her kick peoples ass.

On the otherhand you have things like "side characters deserve love" where fl trains for like one week before going to war and suddenly she is the grim reaper, which is a shame because i was enjoying the series up until that point.

Like i love seeing badass women kicking ass but dont just show me a girl whose lived in a palace all her life having never lifted anything heavier than a cup suddenly become stronger than knights who have spent their entire lives fighting/training because she trained for a a few days, let me see the progress and effort!
