Trouble Logging In

I play through Steam and have been running into this issue when trying to sign in today. I logged in yesterday just fine, and have done most days recently, usually just playing a game or two for login bonus and a couple easy daily quests, but I have no idea why this is happening?

My internet is totally fine, and I don't have an option to "sign in" prior to this screen so I have no idea what it means by that.

Any help would be appreciated.
