Looking for Student Housing Near UCR (m) (Budget $700-1000)

Hey! I’m an incoming transfer student to UCR and I’m looking for housing starting in September. I’m 25 years old and majoring in Sociology. I’m hoping to find a place that’s either nearby campus or good with public transportation

About me:

• Budget: $700-1000/month
• Smoke cannabis recreationally (though not a requirement for the place)
• Clean, responsible, communicative, and respectful of shared spaces
• I mind my business and am easygoing, but I also know how to keep things tidy and take care of my responsibilities
