medication question

hi all!!

starting levothyroxine soon. I’m starting low dose Levo of 25mcg. I’m subclinical right now. My doctor is deciding to treat bc I’m symptomatic and i have diagnosed hashimotos. Last TSH was 3.69 and t4 of 1.25 done 7/22.

I’m nervous to start.

My question is: did your symptoms get much better with starting Levo? I’m scared I’ll get worse with MORE hair loss, weight gain, brain fog. I need some positive cases. Online is filled with bad side effects and scary experiences all together and it makes me hesitant to start.
