Black background, keep restart the emulator with the new updated version

I downloaded the newest Bluestack 5 yesterday and it work normally, but today when I open it, the emulator suddenly get the black background, which I'm pretty sure this is the second time it happen. I hope there's a new update version of this because the first time it happen, I did update the emulator and it work
