Spouse Visa - Inside UK - Advice needed

Hi there, I am at the part of the application where they are asking for my home details and I just need some clarification.

My husband owns the property we are currently living in (we are married as of August 1 and I am on my fiancé visa). As the question "Do you own or rent your home?" is directed to me, the applicant, does this mean I select the "neither" option and explain that my husband owns the property and provide the proof of ownership such as mortgage statement, his ID as landlord and letter of permission for myself to live in the property? Or does the "you" apply to myself and my husband now that we are married?
