Ice cream truck lady

Does anyone happen to know the lady that cruises around in the little ice cream truck? Lately she has been driving through the neighborhood way too fast that we have not been able to catch her. My 6 year old son has been real upset that by the time we hear her music she's long gone before we make it outside. We have missed her 3 times in a row now. We would just really like to be able to have the time to grab wallets and run out to get some ice cream!
