Nothing he does stands out. He has a shitty jinrai ripoff that you can only do the follow ups for if you hit the opponent, which most people wont let you just do for free.

Not having all his fireballs makes his fireball game so much weaker than I thought it would. His buttons have good range but most of them get beaten by the opponents cause sagats are so slow.
