FCPS bus registration

I’m getting increasingly concerned that the first few weeks of school are going to have major busing issues, more than the normal glitches that a new school year brings. I registered my son for the bus back in mid July but his class schedule says “car”. I have called his school, the transportation department, and sent an email to the listed address. The new website/app has disabled any updates for over a month. Anyone else?
