What's up with galaxies after 70?

It probably started happening before that, but it's becoming more frequent now. Every time i travel to a new galaxy, the little cutscene that plays that should show you exiting the galaxy doesn't show the stars. In previous galaxies, the stars were just shaking, but in these farther galaxies they're gone. Also, every time i look around in the galactic map while pressing the melee button, the stars shake. It didn't do it before, what's going on?
