assistance please

i think there is datura blooming in my backyard and im honestly extremely eager to try but i do have some questions

• im already a paranoid person (ex: i freak out qhen i smoke too much weed, 2-3 bowls and i think my home is being invaded lol), how drastically would this effect my trip?
• ive heard that 15-30 seeds is good but i dont want to have a full on trip, would around 5 be good just to start out?
• with such a small amount, would i need a trip sitter?
