No Minidumps are being created and I can't enable DisplayParameters.

Hi, I went through extensive troubleshooting to figure out what the hell was the problem with my pc and why was it seemingly instantly crashing upon playing for a few minutes. I basically found absolutely no solution for the past 2 weeks but however at this point I just want to get my hands on the crash parameters of my blue screen fo death. If I could just see what the parameters are that would answer all my problems.

I went into this: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\CrashControl

In that place, I made a new REG_DWORD called "DisplayParameters" and then set it's value to 1 in Hexadecimal.

I then pressed ok and proceeded to play my game to make the blue screen happen and it did! But no parameters were found on the blue screen. Does anyone know any other way I can get my hands on the parameters without minidumps or any kind of dumps being able to be created?
